Network Monitoring tool for Vancouver IT managers

In my last few posts I'm been talking about our Remote Monitoring and Management Service, providing 24 X 7 Network Monitoring, Alerts and Reporting.  However I've been hearing from a number of IT managers who already have a Monitoring tool, asking how our service is different.

For one, we can Monitor more than simply PC's and Servers on your network.  Edge Devices, including routers and switches, IP phones, faxes, printers, or anything with an IP address can be Monitored.  We can even Monitor internal and external web sites, perfect if you use hosted applications like Exchange, SharePoint or CRM.  And as well as Monitoring, we can Alert you to any issues before they become a serious problem.
